New Aliens Regulations in Spain: Five Modalities of Arraigo and Key Changes

5. Second Chance Arraigo

It offers a regularisation route for those who have already had a residence and work permit in the past, enabling them to resume their legal status and activity in the country.

Key changes to the Regulation

• Focus on key sectors: The regulation is designed to fill vacancies in high-demand areas such as agriculture, construction and care.
